We collect information necessary to deliver our AI recruitment platform services, including:

• Account Registration Data: Email address, full name, role persona (Candidate, Recruiter, Employer).
• Candidate Work Data: Resumes, proof-of-work project repositories, skill assessments.
• Hiring Data: Job application status, offer letters, headcount budgeting models.

2. Data Security & Storage

All user data is stored securely in encrypted PostgreSQL databases hosted on Supabase Cloud Infrastructure with strict Row Level Security (RLS) enforcement.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do NOT sell user data to third parties. Data is shared exclusively with hiring recruiters and employers when a candidate submits an application.
