Candidate Executive Dossiers: Full name, professional biography, career achievements, compensation expectations, board affiliations, and confidential contact metrics.
Enterprise Mandate Information: Organization name, key stakeholders, leadership hiring criteria, team structures, and strategic search objectives.
Digital Sourcing & Interaction Logs: Technical metadata collected via secure form interactions, including IP addresses, submission timestamps, and authentication logs.

3. Cloud Infrastructure & Security Governance

All data submitted through Hirelly portal forms is transmitted over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections and stored directly within enterprise-grade Supabase Cloud Database clusters backed by PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS). We enforce automated encrypted backups, strict role-based access control (RBAC), and continuous threat monitoring.

4. Purpose of Processing & Non-Sale Pledge

Data is processed strictly to evaluate leadership placement fit, coordinate C-suite advisory mandates, and communicate mandate updates. Hirelly never sells, rents, or monetizes candidate or client data to third-party data brokers.
